Amazing guitar at an amazing price. Thank you very much Kyle. As the other reviewer said, the floyd rose arm isn't like others, as it doesn't have a simple screw mechanism to hold it in place, but you can lock it in using the included allen key in the mount slot. Now that I've figured that out, this is my favorite guitar I've ever owned. It offers way, WAY more than any other guitar for just 1000 USD, with its Floyd, Sustainiac, and Luminlay side markers. The construction is at the very high level that you expect from a Korean axe, and every unit is professionally set up in California. The Floyd has a cavity so you can not only dive bomb, you can also push it the other direction to raise the pitch further. The finish is flawless, unlike the occasional blemished Indonesian build. The feel of the neck is smooth and very easy to play. It isn't heavy at all. I have never owned a guitar this good before. I have only one minor issue, and that's the mounting and removal of the floyd arm, which is slightly inconvenient, but it absolutely still warrants 5 stars on all counts of form, function, features, and feel.

This axe is absolutely tops. It's got almost everything you could ever ask for. Amazing feel. Great natural sustain. Beautiful design and finish. The sustainiac is an awesome device that can produce a broad variety of tones based on switch position. The Floyd Rose has a cavity, so you can slack the strings to dive bomb, and also pull the bridge back to raise the pitch, unlike many Floyd guitars that don't have the cavity and can only lower the pitch. I say it has almost everything because there are two after-market modifications that would make this an unbeatable one-stop shop for all guitar sounds. As the other reviewer said, the trem bar doesn't lock or screw in place, unlike my EVH, so I may look into upgrading the bridge at some point if this ends up being a problem for me. Beyond that, with a coil split pot added, this will be a guitar that does what all my other guitars do, but better. What's more, is Kyle is an awesome guy who gave me a tour of his warehouse, and also gave me an awesome discount on this guitar and its case, both in mint condition. For $1170, I got the equivalent of what would have costed $1729.75 retail in Texas. This store is an incredible, hidden gem, and I will definitely be shopping here again.

Simply put-Amazing. Seems to be a unique color/top for this model. The sustaniac is… astonishing. The quality of this guitar is out of this world, so many unique features and just a high quality pristine beast. MM sent ut right away, great experience all around. Was set up and had no defects whatsoever. Buy it, your only regret will be if you don’t and it gets sold out!!!

This is a great guitar! Playability is excellent, I had to tighten the truss rod but that's normal on a new instrument. The Schecter bridge pickup is good, I'm playing this alongside Gibson LPs, Explorer, PRS core, EVH Striped Series, Charvel San Dimas, and an American Pro Strat. It's good enough to hang with them. The Sustainiac is cool, feedback in key even at bedroom-low volume! The workmanship is decent, not perfect because it's made overseas to keep the cost down. The fretboard has some gaps and rough spots, though they don't interfere with my playing. But overall the value is good and I'm glad I bought it. I'm playing in a Judas Priest tribute and it's perfect for that.

This is a great guitar, with lots of features for the price. Body design, aesthetics, and playability are great! I had to adjust the truss rod, but I always do being in the dry desert. Now it plays very well! The Sustainiac is a nice bonus, I never tried one before but paying 80s metal it's really cool being able to feed back notes in key as long as you want to, even at low volume! The workmanship isn't 100% perfect, but hey it's produced overseas to keep costs down, and overall I'm quite happy with it. I own Gibsons, PRS, Fender, EVH, and Charvel, and this is good enough alongside them as a stage-worthy guitar in my opinion.

I have wanted the Schecter E-1 Floyd Rose Sustainiac Special Edition for several years, but purple is just not my thing. When I came across this website I was shocked! Had no idea you could find this guitar in a red quilt. Absolutely amazing!

Many reviewers have called this the Lamborghini of guitars. It isn't as good as the Schecter Hellraiser. The whammy bar for this guitar doesn't attach to the Floyd Rose, it swings and falls out very easily. The Hellraiser has a nice little built-in gadget that locks the whammy bar in and allows you to adjust how loose or tight the bar is. I wasn't at all happy with the whammy bar on this guitar. Kyle, the boss of Musician Madness, is looking into this problem for me, reaching out to Schecter, and hopefully the problem with be solved. The neck is great, the upper fret access is great, the clean tone is great, the transparent red finish is great. the sustainiac is great, and the binding is great. Tho the guitar was shipped "ready to play", there are some minor intonation problems with the G and high E strings. Kyle, without my asking, lowered the list price significantly, and saved me an additional $70 in taxes, by directing me to order from Musician Madness instead of going thru Reverb. After the whammy bar and intonation issues are resolved, this will be a fabbomundo guitar, on par with the Hellraiser.
